Firm : Currently valued at 25B$, and daily global trading spot crypto volume position of #2, the exchange has moved on from it's dominant position of offering crypto derivative products to the spot markets.
General Scope:
Lead the online and offline marketing initiatives for the cryptocurrency exchange in India with a focus on customer acquisition and brand building. Provide on the ground intelligence and know-how of India’s cryptocurrency industry and work closely with the central team on formulating and executing strategies to build customer base and increase MAU on the exchange.
Responsibilities
· Deploy successful online and offline marketing campaigns from ideation to execution for the India
market
· Grow the exchange's India user base and increase brand awareness of the cryptocurrency exchange
· Monitor event/campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience
· Be the eyes and ears on the ground: Understand and share knowledge on local trends, communities and news within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
· Understand India’s cryptocurrency regulations and innovate new ways to build customer base and increase brand awareness. Keep up to date on modern marketing trends.
· Work closely with the central team to strategise and coordinate marketing on-going and ad-hoc marketing campaigns
Requirements
· 5+ years of hands-on experience of marketing/BD planning and execution work experience, preferably in blockchain/cryptocurrency/exchanges/fintech industry.
· Decent understanding of the exchange's Products and Services, have strong understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies and trends
· Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for marketing
· Familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, event management, others etc…
· Proven experience in growing and managing user base
· Must have a strong interest in crypto/blockchain/technology space
