The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the flagship financial analysis desktop platform for Fixed Income, in South Asia.
Deep domain knowledge in Fixed Income markets.
The role will require the successful candidate strong direction setting and influencing skills to work with the local Account Management teams to deliver results.
Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the suitability of such products to different workflow of banking customers, through a consultative sales process.
Role Responsibilities
• Proactively identify pipeline opportunities
• Provide insights and share thought leadership on their proposition with customers
• Structure, negotiate and close deals with regards to the flagship financial analysis desktop platform.
• Develop the sales strategy for Fixed Income Proposition within their defined territory
• Deliver customer demonstrations on their specific propositions
• Act as the ‘voice of the customer’ by feeding back product and content requirements to internal teams
Qualifications and Experience Required • Deep market understanding including a) specialist understanding of financial market b) knowledge of relevant market c) strong understanding of customers' business model workflow • Good understanding of Asset Liability Management at Banks and NBFCs • World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling) as a “hunter” • Strong sales ‘closer’ • Significant Product and Workflow Expertise (e.g. knowledge of financial modeling, Excel, MS Office); knowledge of trading floor tech / data apps is an added advantage • Creative problem solver and good sales ideation skills • Presentation skills (verbal & written) • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to coordinate and execute a sales plan
• Over 5 years of relevant industry, sales or market experience
• Consistent track record in a quota bearing sales environment
• Experience selling to C- level executives is an added advantage
