70% - Team Management 30% - Individual Contributor
Reports to – CTO direct
Role
Work Ex 5 - 7 years
Platform building experience - will take complete responsibility in all Platform development initiatives, working with other Junior and Senior engineers in the team
Scaling, backend systems for the Algo trading platform.
Wallet Infrastructure - Building a unified access layer for the payment system - high performing, reliable,
and robust infrastructure.
Wallet service - shared multi-tenant service that forms the building block of the Trading Platform features.
Trading Infrastructure – Working to build the core trading platform infrastructure for all asset classes within the crypto and digital assets user base.
Platform building experience - will take complete responsibility in all Platform development initiatives, working with other Junior and Senior engineers in the team
Tech Stack & Experience - Python (4+ years) and experience in building backend technologies
Design and architect performant, reliable, secure apis and data management systems
Python Framewrok - Flask (preferred), Django
Databases - MySQL, MongoDB
Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Cloud - AWS
Design patterns - working knowledge
Fault-tolerant Distributed Systems - working experience (a plus)
Data pipelines, Celery, Memcached/Redis
Firm working Culture - Collaborative, and high-growth environment
Academia Background - TIER 1 IIT - Computer Science background / Non CS Engineering background with requisite experience (Dual 5Y Non CS Engineering background also welcome)
