Role : This is a Flow Desk role, the successful candidate will execute trades as part of our client's trading desk and support on-shore trading teams of institutional clients in their trading activities. These activities include :
Responsibilities
Managing Cryptocurrency & FX Risks
Pricing Trades
Short term risk management
Handling Client Orders
Coordinate with Risk team and also external counterparties
Access market Information and develop an insight into the Cryptocurrency markets
Publish a daily overview on the Crypto Currency markets
Develop trading infrastructure including Pricing and Market Making tools and strategies
Skills/Experience
3+ years of experience as market maker and risk taker in FX or Precious Metals
or an equivalent quality experience as a cryptocurrency market maker and risk taker
Demonstrated Risk Management and having a profitable trading history
FX markets dynamics and latest trends (spot, forwards, swaps)
Knowledge and trading experience with derivatives such as options, futures and perpetual swaps
Experience in interacting with sophisticated/institutional clients
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and financial skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced busy environment with great attention to detail
Team-player on all levels of involvement with internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to work exclusively on night- and weekend shifts on rotation
Excellent communication skills
Good to have Skills
Knowledge of various cryptocurrencies and digital assets in the marketplace
Knowledge about crypto market structure and participants
Academia
MBA/Masters in Finance (TIER 1/TIER 2) with a Bachelors degree in Engineering (TIER 1 or TIER2)
