Role
Regulated Cryptocurrency Bank & Digital Asset Manager - expanding its cryptocurrencies and digital assets research capabilities and is seeking to devlop advanced metrics and insights for Bitcoin and other crypto assets based on Blockchain data. The successful candidate will be an engineer or data scientist with experience in digital currency analytics.
Responsibilities
Develop dashboards for tracking key indicators related to specific cryptocurrencies & blockchain projects
Capture and maintain blockchain data from various data sources such as Coinmetrics, Glassnode, etc
Identify trends in blockchain data and run statistical analysis to assess predictive power VS crypto prices
Present actionable insights to the Investment Committee and contribute towards research reports
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience working within a Digital Assets / Cryptocurrency based role
Experience with Python, SQL and R, and an ability to drill into data to gain insights
APIs - working experience
Independent thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of key crypto trends, and blockchain data sets
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Should be self-driven and detail oriented with a highly analytical mindset
Affinity towards social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
Academia
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics
